About Whit Hassett
Whit is a director, cinematographer and drone pilot based in the Pacific Northwest.
After spending much of her early adult life immersed in the Pacific, from Hawaii to New Zealand, she began her career as an ecologist, dedicating nearly a decade to work with domestic and international NGOs. Currently, she is involved in the largest dam removal and restoration project in the world. A true water enthusiast, Whit is passionate about exploring the interconnectedness of humans and the species we share this planet with. She holds a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Hawaii and an MS from Washington State University.
She is available to direct, film or fly drones for short or long term projects.
